Booking Instructions

To book our holiday villa, please check availability, then print and return our Printable Booking Form plus deposit. Alternatively you can use our Electronic Booking Form to make a booking online. Please see our Full Terms and Conditions.


Early arrival or late deparure £35/$50

A security/damage deposit of £200 or $300 USD is required with final payment.

For bookings of less than 7 nights there is an additional cleaning charge of $85/£50.

Pool heat is optional and charged at £20/$30 per day

Welcome pack including drinks and groceries are available upon request £25/$35

BBQ rental£35/$50 per week

 

Paypal Payment

Payment can be made using a debit or credit card through Paypal subject to a 4% fee. This fee must be added to the rental cost before you enter the amount to be paid.


Please note:

 

  • Prices are per week and not per person and include all utilities
  • To secure a booking we require a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the holiday cost in GBP or $ (dollar) equivalent. This may be in the form of a personal cheque. Within eight weeks of the start of your holiday we require the full rental, in GBP or $ (dollar) equivalent, in the form of a bank cheque
  • Accommodation is available from 4 pm, and should be vacated by 11 am on day of departure
  • Free long distance calls within US and Canada
  • Free WIFI
  • Please consider taking out cancellation insurance
  • Sorry no pets allowed

USA Visa Waiver and ESTA

US Waiver Form - From January 12th 2009 - I94W Green Forms usually completed on the plane for visa free travel will cease. The service is to be replaced with an on line application that should be completed as soon as you book your flights, but no later than 72 hours prior to your departure. For emergency or short notice travel contact the US Embassy for advice. This is our current understanding which may change. Please check the following websites for full details.
