The prices are per week and inclusive of electricity, heating. air-conditioning and taxes.
For bookings of less than 7 nights there is an additional cleaning charge of $85/£50.
To secure a booking we require a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the holiday cost in GBP or $ (dollar) equivalent. This may be in the form of a personal cheque. Within eight weeks of the start of your holiday we require the full rental, in GBP or $ (dollar) equivalent, in the form of a bank cheque.
A security/damage deposit of £200 or $300 USD in the form of a personal cheque is required with final payment.
Full or partial Security Deposit will be refunded within 14 days of departure, dependent on a satisfactory property inspection.

The accommodation is available from 4 pm, and should be vacated by 11 am on day of departure.

NO SMOKING is permitted in the holiday villa, for reasons of safety and insurance.
Please consider taking out cancellation insurance.

US Waiver Form - From January 12th 2009 - I94W Green Forms usually completed on the plane for visa free travel will cease. The service is to be replaced with an on line application that should be completed as soon as you book your flights, but no later than 72 hours prior to your departure. Payment can be made using a debit or credit card through Paypal subject to a 4% fee. This fee must be added to the rental cost before you enter the amount to be paid.
